Your AI marketing team. Put in your website. Sit back. Your crew has one job: more traffic and more leads.

Your site, promoted where buyers look, in the ways that fit you: AI search, Google, blog posts, directories, cold emails, social posts and website chat.

Give Don Aurelio your website. He picks a crew for your kind of business, and their first jobs start when you press hire. Connect your website once, and articles and directory forms go out on their own, with posts and emails ready for you to send. Want to check first? You can.

A website works best. A Google listing is fine too.

Your part: one address, then a few one-time connections. You meet your crew before you pick a plan, and every agent is on every plan.

Once you add your Google listing

And the family keeps watch: Pip on your pages, Bolt on downtime, Sly on your rivals, Shadow on the ads in your line of work and Echo on your mentions.

On its own means it publishes, posts or sends without asking each time, once you connect what it needs, and an email or form to anyone new waits for your yes until you have shown the site is yours. Pause it and nothing new goes out. Safety and approvals

Set it once

One sit-down. Then it runs.

No prompts to write, no tools to learn, no list of jobs to remember. The sit-down is three steps, and the first one is typing your address.

  1. 1

    Put in your website.

Your website, or your Google listing if you do not have one. Your crew reads it and answers what setup questions it can from your own pages.

  2. 2

He picks your crew, and they start.

Pre-picked for your kind of business. Untick anyone you do not want, press hire, and their first jobs start.

  3. 3

Connect once. Then it goes out on its own.

Connect your website editor once. From then on articles go up and directory forms go out on their own, posts and emails come ready for you to send, every result comes with a receipt, and the Don writes to you with what happened.

Your part from then on: answer the leads and replies that come in, and watch the rest in the Don's letter and on each agent's card. Anything can wait for you if you ask it to.

Watch it work

A week of the family going out for you.

None of this waited for anyone to ask, and the Don's letter tells you what happened.

Example · a sample plumber's week

  1. Tue

An article went up on your blog.

Bea researched it, checked every figure against its source, and published it.

    Bea · Blog Autopilot
  2. Wed

    Directory forms went out.

Lulu sent the ones that fit a plumber, with a picture of each form.

    Lulu · Listing Agent
  3. Thu

New posts were written for your Google listing and Facebook page.

Ziggy made them from the new article, ready for you to post.

    Ziggy · Social & Shorts
  4. Fri

A visitor asked about boiler servicing late at night.

Dee answered from your own pages, took a phone number and emailed it to you.

    Dee · Website Chat
  5. Sat

    A one-star review came in.

Rosie wrote a calm reply for you to post.

    Rosie · Review Guard
  6. Mon

    One letter from the Don.

“A busy week. An article, a round of directory forms, posts ready to go, and a lead from your website chat. The family did the legwork.”

    The briefing

Where you watch it: the Don reports in your chat as each first run finishes, and after any run you ask him for. Most agent cards show a number and a small trend line as the runs add up, Needs you lists what went out on its own, and the briefing comes to your inbox.

Why a family

Tools wait for you. The family does not.

Doing it yourself

  • Every job is yours, on top of the real work.
  • The urgent ones push out the important ones.
  • Your rivals move. You find out later.

Tools and chatbots

  • They wait for you to open them.
  • They work on the tasks you give them.
  • You are still the one doing the marketing.

The family

  • Every channel has an owner who does nothing else.
  • They go out on their own, without being asked.
  • They come to you only when you ask.

Check first

The godfather reports to you.

Want to check a reply, a form or an email before it goes? Ask, and it waits on one page called Needs you. You read the exact words, change what you like, and press. Try it.

Much of it goes out on its own. Articles and answers on your website, and directory forms once the site is shown to be yours, with posts, cold emails and pitches ready for you to send. Each agent says so on its card before you hire it, and you can pause any of them.

Hi Dana, you're right: two hours late with no call is not OK, and I'm sorry. Please call us and ask for me by name, so I can put it right.

Plain answers

Before you pull up a chair.

What do I actually have to do?

First, give the Don your website, or your Google listing if you do not have one: he reads your front page, your robots file, your sitemap and one other page, picks a crew for your kind of business, and they start. Then connect your website editor, and add one line of code if you want the website chat. After that articles and directory forms go out on their own, posts and emails come ready for you to send, and the Don's letter tells you what they did. Your part is answering the leads that come in and sending what is ready. Tick Check with me first on any agent you want to see before it goes.

Do I need a website?

No. Plenty of the family works from your Google listing, and some need nothing but your business name. A few agents need a website because their whole job is your website, and those wait until you add one. If you have a Google listing, add it at signup: the map, the listing watch and reply drafts start from it alone.

What does it cost, and is there a free trial?

You meet your crew first, then pick a plan inside your account, and it starts with a 7 day free trial. We ask for a card then, and if you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Growth is $49 a month for 250 crew hours and Pro is $99 a month for 750, per website, billed monthly, and both get every agent. Both plans are on the pricing page.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT works on the tasks you give it. The family works on its own: it publishes to your website, fills in directory forms, writes your posts and emails ready to send, and keeps watch on your site, listing, reviews and rivals. It is software too, so you can check anything first.

How good is the writing?

Judge it yourself. What your crew published or sent on its own lately is listed on Needs you, with Undo where it can come down, and every result has a receipt. Want to read something before it goes? Tick Check with me first on that agent, and its drafts wait for you word for word on Needs you.

What does the crew read about my business?

At signup the Don reads your front page, your robots file, your sitemap and one other page, nothing else. After you hire them, each agent reads what its job needs: public pages such as yours, your rivals' and review sites, plus any account you choose to connect. Every finding shows its source. How we handle your account details is in the privacy policy.

Does it publish and send things by itself?

Partly. Articles and answers go up on your website once your editor is connected, and directory forms go out once you have shown the site is yours. Posts and emails come ready for you to send. Want to check first? Tick Check with me first on any agent. You can pause any of them at any time.

Will this get me to number one? Will it make me money?

Nobody can promise either, and anybody who does is guessing at your expense. What the family does is the legwork that helps people find a business: articles on your site, answers to real buyer questions, posts, directory forms, a chat that takes leads, and first emails to companies with a reason to buy. Every result has a receipt, and what you do with the leads is your business.

Can I watch it working?

Yes. Most agent cards show their own number with a small trend line as the runs add up, like how often AI answers name you or how many directories you were submitted to. With Pip on your crew, connect Google Analytics and your briefing shows your visits for the last 28 days. We report what happened, and we never promise traffic.

Can I stop it?

Yes. You can pause any agent at any time, and cancel your plan anytime from your account. Cancel during the 7 day trial and you pay nothing. Every price is on the pricing page, in writing.

I already use Writecream. What happens to my account?

Nothing about your account has changed, and the dashboard you already use is exactly where it was. Sign in and you land where you always do. The new crew is opening to existing members a group at a time, and a link in your dashboard takes you there when it opens for you. If you have a lifetime code, your codes already set your plan, and you can redeem a new code here.
